Without Hydroxycut in mind, I thought a good way to start off my Weight Loss At Last! blog would be to start with what causes the attraction of fat, but with the huge numbers using Hydroxycut(weight loss pill), it was less about weight loss one o one and more about helping everyone to preserve their life.
It makes you wonder though, what to do next, after the popular weight loss pill, Hydroxycut, advertised as being made from natural ingredients came under the FDA’s microscope for it’s definitive side affects to the liver, the issuing of a Hydroxycut recall, pulling all of the product from shelves and the belting of a cease and desist to current users .
Is there a natural drug, we can really trust (that is with less severe side effects), unfortunately we don't have control over how the drugs are made, but we have full control over how we treat ourselves.
Sometimes the best way is the old fashion way, do you agree?
Yeah uhuh, I know half of you reading this just stopped reading! There are alot of pressures out there to have a certain “look” . Now what, should we kill ourselves in an attempt to have the "look". If death isn't a good enough reason to just put an army boot to your butt and kick you to adopt a lifestyle that keeps you looking the way you want, so be it, but just don't focus on the physical, focus on the spirit that wants the best for you AND if there MUST be pill taking, make it vitamin C or multi vitamins.
P.S Some Hydroxycut side effects have included liver damage, liver failure and death.
P.SSS. The biggest threat to people trying to loss weight fast and for good is the lack of understanding of the body and what causes or attracts fat in excess in the body. Quite a graphic description and quick explanation of how the body gains weight and how you can safely loose fat and keep it off can be found Here!
Armed with this knowledge I think you will lose weight in a whole new light and soon realise you are priceless! You know I wouldn’t leave you with out a solution and the root of the problem, so enjoy nipping it in the bud!
